Undiagnosed Conditions

I am a normal person but I often find it too embarrassing when friends and others ask why my head and hands shake so unusually though I got sort of used to it. So whenever I go out to family functions or like, out of necessity I take as much as 20mg then again 20mg Valium to keep it under control. I know its not good but I have no other alternative. Can some doctor advise me on this please
