Morton Neuroma Post Operation Symptoms

Post a new topicby upstairsdave on Wed Apr 15, 2009 11:03 am

I recently had the operation to remove the neuroma Has anyone had this procedure done that can shed some light on the Post Operative Symptoms you have had. I have been feeling a sort of shock/buzzing sensation on the bottom of my foot. Is this a normal feeling, am I putting pressure on the cut nerve, or is this a feeling from the surgery to the surrounding area.
Thanks,
Dave

Just out of Hospital Myself.Yes there is a slight tingling first thing in the morning but this goes away when I elevate my foot and do some excercises
I think we have to keep it elevated as much as possible and dont forget to do the knee bending and ankle movements to keep the ciculation going
