Morton's Neuroma

Hi,

I am post op from morton's neuroma surgery between my third and fourth toes since October of last year. The incision site healed with no issues. About three weeks ago, I developed inflammation at the incision site on the top of my foot. It remains so today. I went to my podiatrist a week ago and he was puzzled as to what could have caused the issue as my incision site was healed and there was no evidence of cuts or holes on my foot. He took an x-ray which didn't show anything. If I bear weight on my foot, a little pouch forms on top of the incision site. The skin is discolored and the area is sore but I am not in pain.

Has anyone else had this issue arise so long after surgery.
