Re: heal painIm not sure who can help me but my problem is that if im off my feet for a while, and get up to move both heals give me a huge amount of pain enough so i have to limp around for a time. the pain is very bad im wondering what can be don for it sharp pain in both heals, but not like a bone spur?? can anyone help me the Dr.s are stumped .
